As __Moses__ and __Elijah__ were talking with __Jesus__, __Peter__ said to Jesus, “It is __good__ for us to be here. Let us make three __shelters__, one for you, one for Moses, and one for Elijah.” Peter __did not know what he was saying__.

* __did not know what he was saying__ - That is, "was speaking without understanding what was happening" or, "spoke without thinking clearly because he was so excited."
