"Не сохранили" -  это негативная формулировка, означающая "нарушили". Альтернативный перевод: "мы нарушили...", "мы не соблюдали...". заповеди, уставы и определения, которые Ты дал Своему рабу Моисею. Имеется в виду, что евреи не соблюли Моисеев Закон.
