Zechariah 1:6b change wording 

Zechariah 1:6b change wording from 'Yahweh of hosts's plans are made in keeping with his word and practice, and he has carried them out.' to 'Just as Yahweh of hosts has planned to do to us because of our ways and acts, so he has done to us.'  This conforms to the MT and at least 6 English versions.
