TomWarren 7d767c48bc \v 46 who found favor in the sight of God, and he asked if he might find a dwelling place for the house of Jacob \f + \ft The phrase: \fqa the house of Jacob, \fqa* is found in many ancient copies. Other ancient texts have the phrase: \fqa the God of Jacob \fqa* . \f*. 
taking into consideration that the text supporting God of Jacob and many others, were quite old. But other texts were thought to be more substantial.

Unlocked Literal Bible - English

a Bible intended to be freely available for people to translate into any language

Overview

The Unlocked Literal Bible (ULB) is an open-licensed version of the Bible derived from The American Standard Version, and updated using the most reliable Hebrew, Aramaic, and Greek copies of the Biblical texts available. It is intended to accurately reflect the meanings of those texts and to be used as a source text for Bible translators to translate the Bible into their own language. This repository contains the USFM source files for the Unlocked Literal Bible.
