General Information:

Yahweh continues telling Moses and Aaron which animals the people are to consider unclean.

A spring or cistern ... remains clean

carcass

The dead body of an animal that God has declared to be unfit for the people to touch or eat is spoken of as if it were physically unclean. (See: rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-metaphor)

unclean

those seeds will still be clean ... they will be unclean
