Judah has gone into exile
"Judah has been taken to a foreign land"
finds no rest
"does not find a place to rest" or "is always afraid"
All her pursuers overtook her
"Everyone who was chasing her captured her"
in her desperation
"when she was desperate" or "when she was distressed"
