I will be glorified in your midst
"I will reveal my glory among you"
they will know ... within her ... in her
"you will know ... within you ... in you". Here "they" and "her" refer to the people of Sidon.
know that I am Yahweh
"understand that I am Yahweh, the one true God". Yahweh implies that they will know that he is the one true God who has supreme authority and power. See Ezekiel 6:7.
when I execute judgments within her
"when I judge her" or "when I punish her the way she deserves"
I will be shown to be holy in her
