In Jehoiakim's days
"During the time that Jehoiakim ruled Judah". These last two chapters are the final defeat of Judah and the beginning of their exile to Babylon. The Babylonians conquer Jerusalem and carry away all the craftsmen, soldiers and wealthy. God punished Judah because of their sin. They make Zedekiah the king. He was not truly a king because he lacked absolute authority.
