Will of God

When someone "wills" something, they want it to happen. When someone wrote about the “will of God,” they wrote about something God wanted to happen. God has a plan for everything and everyone he created. He uses the Bible to teach people about the things he wants (see: Psalms 40:8; 143:10). When someone does “the will of God” or does something “by the will of God,” they are doing what God wants or has planned for them to do (see: Ephesians 6:6; Colossians 1:1).
