Joseph speaks to Pharaoh in the third person. This is a way of showing respect. It can be stated in second person. AT: "These events will happen just as I have told you ... revealed to you, Pharaoh" (See: rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-123person)

seven years of great abundance will come throughout all the land of Egypt
