Cut her trees
"Cut down the trees." Yahweh is speaking to the army that will attack Jerusalem.
siegeworks
"siege mounds." These are mounds of dirt that will allow the enemy to attack the walls of Jerusalem.
because it is filled with oppression
"because its people are always oppressing each other"
Just as a well keeps giving water, so this city keeps producing wickedness

Violence and disorder are heard in her

an uninhabited land
"a land that has no people living in it"
