No corrupt speech must come out of your mouth

AT: "Let no bad language come out of your mouth" or "Let no evil talk come out of your mouth"

instead words that are useful for building up others

AT: "instead speak words that are useful for building up, or giving strength to other believers"

to give grace to them who are listening

AT: "In this way you will give grace to those who are listening"

do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God

AT: "do not cause the Holy Spirit of God to become sad by your bad speech"

by whom you have been sealed

AT: "for he has sealed you"
