do not accuse anyone falsely

This could be translated as "In the same way, do not accuse anyone falsely in order to get money from them" or "Do not say that an innocent person has done something illegal." The soldiers were making false charges against people in order to get money.

Be content with your wages

"Be satisfied with your pay" or "Be satisfied with what you are paid"
