any person who is clean

keep the Passover

that person must be cut off

That man must carry his sin

lives among you

Here "you" is plural and refers to the people of Israel. (See: rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-you)

he must keep it and do all he commands

"that stranger must keep it and do all that Yahweh commands"

keeping the rules of the Passover, and obeying the laws for it
