The eyes of Yahweh are on the righteous

Here "the eyes of Yahweh" refer to his careful watching. "The righteous" is a reference to righteous people. AT: "Yahweh carefully watches over the righteous people" (See: rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-metonymy and rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-nominaladj)

his ears are directed toward their cry

Here Yahweh is represented by his "ears." To be directed toward something means to pay attention to it. AT: "he pays attention to their cry" or "he answers their cry" (See: rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-synecdoche)

to cut off the memory of them from the earth

Yahweh will cause people to so completely forget them when they die that it is as if he used a knife to cut off any memory of them. AT: "so that when they are dead, people will forget them completely" (See: rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-metaphor)

Yahweh hears

Here "hears" means that Yahweh desires to respond to them. AT: "Yahweh pays attention to them" (See: rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-idiom)
