Will of God

When someone "wills" something, they want it to happen. When someone wrote about the “will of God,” they wrote about something God wanted to happen. God has a plan for everything and everyone he created. He teaches people about the things he wants through the Bible (see: Psalms 40:8; 143:10). When someone does the will of God or does something by the will of God, they are doing what God wants or has planned for them to do (see: Ephesians 6:6; Colossians 1:1).
