Definition

The term "bold" means having courage and confidence to speak the truth even when it is difficult or dangerous..

  • In the New Testament, the disciples continued to boldy preach about Christ in public places, in spite of the danger of being put in jail or killed.
  • The boldness of these early disciples in speaking the good news of Christ's redeeming death on the cross was responsible for the gospel being spread throughout Israel and nearby countries and finally, to the rest of the world.
