Barabbas

Facts

Barabbas was a prisoner in Jerusalem at the time when Jesus was arrested.

Barabbas had committed crimes of murder and rebellion against the Roman government.
Pontius Pilate offered the people the choice of whom to release from prison: Jesus Christ or Barabbas. The people chose Barabbas.
