# Who will ascend the mountain ... in his holy place?

# the mountain of Yahweh
|
|
|
|
This refers to Mount Zion in Jerusalem.

This refers Yahweh's temple. His temple is on Mount Zion in Jerusalem.
|

|
|
# He who has ... who has ... and has not
|
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
