General Information:

Isaiah speaks to the people of Judah.

Yahweh is exalted

This can be stated in active form. AT: "Yahweh is greater than anyone else" (See: rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-activepassive)

He will fill Zion with justice and righteousness

This speaks of Yahweh ruling Zion with his justice and righteousness as if he were filling Zion with justice and righteousness. AT: "He will rule Zion with justice and righteousness" (See: rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-metaphor)

He will be the stability in your times

abundance of salvation, wisdom, and knowledge
