the meek

will inherit the land

This does not refer to specific people. This refers to people who are righteous. AT: "the righteous person" (See: rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-nominaladj)
grinds his teeth
The wicked man hates the righteous person so much that he grinds his teeth together to show his anger. (See: rc://en/ta/man/translate/writing-symlanguage)
his day is coming
