The word "you" refers to the Israelites and the word "them" refers to the people of the other nations.

|
|
|
|

# stretched out the heavens
|
|
|
|

# His voice makes the roar of waters in the heavens
|
|
|
|

# he brings up the mists from the ends of the earth
