\v 1 When the Sabbath day was over, Mary Magdalene and Mary the mother of James, and Salome, bought aromatic spices, that they might come and anoint Jesus' body.
\v 2 Very early on the first day of the week, they went to the tomb when the sun came up.

\v 3 They were saying to one another, "Who will roll away the stone for us from the entrance to the tomb?"
\v 4 When they looked up, they saw that the stone had been rolled away, for it was very large.

\v 6 He said to them, "Do not be afraid. You seek Jesus, the Nazarene, who was crucified. He is risen! He is not here. Look at the place where they had laid him.
\v 7 But go, tell his disciples and Peter that he is going ahead of you to Galilee. There you will see him, just as he told you."
