\q They crossed over all bounds of wickedness.
\q2 They do not plead the cause of the people,
\q2 or the cause of the orphan.
\q They prosper even though they have not
\q2 given justice to the needy.

These phrases aren't in the text in BibleHub. I don't know if a better text has them.

Now I see other versions that are similar.
