\v 21 But wild animals of the desert will lie there.
\q2 Their houses will be full of owls;
\q2 and ostriches and wild goats will skip about there.

NIV

But desert creatures will lie there, jackals will fill her houses; there the owls will dwell, and there the wild goats will leap about.

NASB

But desert creatures will lie down there, And their houses will be full of owls; Ostriches also will live there, and shaggy goats will frolic there.

It looks like the ULB may be missing something. The Hebrew has 4 verbs: will lie, will be full, will dwell, and will skip. The ULB only has 3. I suggest we do something similar to the NASB.
