Should this all be one sentence? I guess it was broken up because it was long and in two different chunks.

\v 23 But if there is an angel who can be a mediator for him,
\q2 one out of a thousand,
\q2 to tell a man what is right for him,
\q
\v 24 to be gracious to him and say,
\q2 'Save this person from going down to the pit;
\q2 I have found a ransom for him.'

\s5
\q
\v 25 Then his flesh will become fresher than a youth's;
\q2 it is restored to the days of his youthful vigor.

Or if we want to keep them as two sentences, perhaps the word "if" in v. 23 could be changed to "suppose."

I don't see anyone else who uses "suppose" and breaks into 2 sentences. I think we should combine into one sentence.

We have this note on 33.25

Then
This word is used here to mark what will happen if God grants the angel’s request. Alternate translation: “Then as a result” or “As a result of the angel’s request to God”

Maybe we should add something add the beginning like "This continues the sentence started in 33:23."

We will also need to make other adjustments to the snippet and AT's if we combine the 2 sentences.

What do you think of me changing the note for "Then" to this?
