The ULB says this:
\v 5 Wake up, you drunkards, and weep!
\q2 Wail, all you drinkers of wine,
\q2 because the sweet wine has been cut off from you.

The NIV says this:
Wake up, you drunkards, and weep!
Wail, all you drinkers of wine;
wail because of the new wine,
for it has been snatched from your lips.

Is the ULB missing something?

The ULB says this: \v 5 Wake up, you drunkards, and weep! \q2 Wail, all you drinkers of wine, \q2 because the sweet wine has been cut off from you. The NIV says this: Wake up, you drunkards, and weep! Wail, all you drinkers of wine; wail because of the new wine, for it has been snatched from your lips. Is the ULB missing something?

I don't think it is missing something necessarily.

To me, it looks like the Hebrew could be translated like the NIV has it, or it could be:

Wail, all you drinkers of wine because of the new wine which has been cut off from your mouth.

This is similiar to how the NASB translates it.

Since there is one English version that is similar to the ULB, I think we can leave as is. We can look at it again for a future revision of the ULB.

you vs your lips: In the context, it means the same. NIV just didn't keep the figure of speech.

It looks like the meaning is the same. We would only need to do something if we want the structure to match the Hebrew more closely.

The audio recording of Joel for branch 22-01 was completed Feb 7, 2022. So we won't make any changes to Joel until after this branch is merged with the master.
