The last line of the ULB of MAT 26:22 reads, "Surely not I, Lord?" (Μήτι ἐγώ εἰμι Κύριε)

Is this intentionally verbless, or should it read something like, "Surely it isn't I, is it Lord?"?

This is the same reading as the NASB. I think it could be better, but the phrase functions as a unit. I personally do not have an issue with it being verbless because it is kind of an interjection.

I agree. ULB is adequate.
And tN is adequate.
