ULB Jer 28:13 currently reads:
\v 13 "Go and speak to Hananiah and say, 'Yahweh says this: You broke a yoke of wood, but I will make instead a yoke of iron.'
ULB Jer 28:13 suggested changes:
\v 13 "Go and speak to Hananiah and say, 'Yahweh says this: You broke a yoke of wood, and in its place you will make a yoke of iron.'
The actor/recipient of instructions is Hananiah, not Yahweh as in current ULB.

"but I will make instead" vs "and in its place you will make"
Only 3 versions have "I".
Some versions have past tense and some have future.
Past tense seems to make more sense if God is saying 'because you have prophesied lies, it is as if you made the yoke of iron with which I will punish the people through Nebuchadnezzar"
I suggest: and in its place you have made a yoke of iron.'
Agreed, but yokes should be plural in both instances in this verse.
I changed it to this and updated tN.
\v 13 "Go and speak to Hananiah and say, 'Yahweh says this: You broke yokes of wood and in their place you have made yokes of iron.'
TN had this note.
You broke a yoke of wood, but I will make instead a yoke of iron
"You broke a weak yoke, but I will replace it with a yoke that you cannot break"
All cultures have wood, and it's hard to imagine a culture having enough outside contact to produce a Bible translation and not having any concept of a strong metal. So I replaced it with this in case they don't know the word iron.
yokes of iron
Iron is a very strong metal and it would be very difficult to break yokes made of iron.
