ULB Isa 5:25

\v 25 Therefore the anger of Yahweh is kindled against his people. He has reached out with his hand against them and has punished them.
\q1 The mountains tremble, and their corpses are like garbage in the streets.
\q1 In all these things, his anger does not subside; instead, his hand is still stretched out.

"does not subside" vs "has not turned away"
Suggestion is more literal.
ULB has "subside" for the same verb in Gen 27:44
ULB has "subside" for a different verbs in Est 2:1 and Psa 106:30.
I think ULB is adequate

"instead" vs "and"
No need for "instead".
No versions have it.
I would like to delete "instead". (and not add "and")

This sentence comes up in 5 places:
5:25, 9:12, 9:17, 9:21, 10:4.
Lines 505, 785, 802, 819, and 836.
