This Psalm has been creatively changed vis a vie the Text.
There may be others.

The first section in the presents ULB Psa 109
The second is what edits, which I would hope would be adopted.

This was a massive shift in the current ULB. I hope the edits in the second part are adopted.

Agreed with most everything.
V. 15, I think it should be sins.

v.24 is lit. my flesh has become thing and without fat. I do not like changing it to a simile followed by an idiom (skin and bones)

V,28 the object is not supplied. suggest "They curse, but you bless."

Psa 109:24 One option is to delete "as" and just keep the idiom:

v 24 My knees are weak from fasting;

Bible Hub tags the verb in the second clause as H3584 (to disappoint, deceive, fail, grow lean)

How about something like one of these?

The ULB uses the phrase "covenant faithfulness" also in human relationships. (Gen 21:23 Abimelek to Abraham. 1Sa 20:14 David and Jonathan.) So I left "covenant faithfulness" in Psa 109:16.
