ULB 2Ch 28:20 currently reads:

\v 20 Tiglath-Pileser, king of Assyria, came to him and troubled him instead of strengthening him.

ULB 2Ch 28:20 suggested changes:

\v 20 Tiglath-Pileser, king of Assyria, came to him and harassed him, but did not strengthen him.
