ULB NUM 23:23 currently reads:

\v 23 There is no sorcery that works against Jacob,

ULB NUM 23:23 suggested changes follow:

Misuse of "Instead. Now, no other version uses "instead" here. The HEB כָּעֵ֗ת = at this time same as, Now, as rendering is suggested.

Hebrew has כָּעֵ֗ת.
Almost all versions have "now" or "time" or "season"
I think it would be good to change "Instead" to "Now".
