The ULB of MRK 5:29 reads:
\v 19 But Jesus did not permit him, but said to him, "Go to your house and to your people and tell them what the Lord has done for you, and how he has shown you mercy."

Clarity is helped where, Jesus, him, he could be confusing.

Jesus is identified by name in v. 15 and obviously the referent of αὐτὸν in v. 17, the agent of ἐμβαίνοντος αὐτοῦ and the object of παρεκάλει αὐτὸν in v. 18. λέγει introduces an answer to παρεκάλει, so I would suggest we change "Jesus" to "he" and add a tN.
