18:1
\v 1 After Jesus spoke these words, he went out with his disciples to the other side of the Kidron Valley, where there was a garden into which he and his disciples entered.
\v 1 After Jesus spoke these words, he went out with his disciples to the other side of the wadi Kidron, where there was a garden into which he and his disciples entered.
Current ULB is the same.
"Wadi" is in the ULB twice (In Isaiah and John). The Greek word χείμαρρος (G5493) is in the NT once.
The word "Kidron" is in the NT only here.
G5493 is on the Kidron Valley tw page, but the word "wadi" is not on the page.
If we are going to use "wadi" in the ULB and link to the Kidron page, I suggest we add something about "wadi" on that page. Or we could go back to "Kidron Valley" and leave tw page as is.
Other translations use "brook" and "winter stream" instead of "wadi."
SQ. I see that H5158 נַחַל is translated in the ULB as brook in Numbers 34:5 "the brook of Egypt."
I suggest using "brook" instead of "wadi" for both John 18:1 and Isaiah 27:12.
John 18:1
\v 1 After Jesus spoke these words, he went out with his disciples to the other side of the wadi Kidron, where there was a garden into which he and his disciples entered.
\v 1 After Jesus spoke these words, he went out with his disciples to the other side of the Kidron Brook, where there was a garden into which he and his disciples entered.
The ULB of John 18:1 now reads:
\v 1 After Jesus spoke these words, he went out with his disciples to the other side of the Kidron Brook, where there was a garden into which he and his disciples entered.

SQ. Isa 27:12
\v 12 It will come about on that day
\q1 that Yahweh will thresh from the Euphrates River to the Wadi of Egypt
\q1 and you, the people of Israel, will be gathered together one by one.
\v 12 It will come about on that day
\q1 that Yahweh will thresh from the Euphrates River to the Brook of Egypt
\q1 and you, the people of Israel, will be gathered together one by one.
The ULB of ISA 27:12 now reads:
\v 12 It will come about on that day
\q1 that Yahweh will thresh from the Euphrates River to the Brook of Egypt
\q1 and you, the people of Israel, will be gathered together one by one.
TW
SQ. I also suggest that "the brook Kidron" be changed to "the Kidron Brook" in 3 verses in 2 Chronicles.
2Chr 15:16
\v 16 King Asa also removed Maakah, his grandmother, from being queen mother because she had made a disgusting figure out of an Asherah pole. He cut down the disgusting figure, crushed it to dust, and burned it at the brook Kidron.
The ULB of 2CH 15:16 now reads:
\v 16 King Asa also removed Maakah, his grandmother, from being queen mother because she
had made a disgusting figure out of an Asherah pole. He cut down the disgusting figure, crushed it to dust, and burned it at the Kidron Brook.

SQ 2Ch 29:16
\v 16 The priests went in to the inner part of the house of Yahweh to cleanse it; they brought out everything unclean that they found in the temple of Yahweh into the courtyard of the house. The Levites took it to carry it out to the brook Kidron.
The ULB of 2CH 29:16 now reads:
\v 16 The priests went in to the inner part of the house of Yahweh to cleanse it; they brought out everything unclean that they found in the temple of Yahweh into the courtyard of the house. The Levites took it to carry it out to the Kidron Brook.

SQ 2Ch 30:14
\v 14 They rose and took away the altars that were in Jerusalem, and all the altars for incense; they threw them into the brook Kidron.
The ULB of 2CH 30:14 now reads:
\v 14 They rose and took away the altars that were in Jerusalem, and all the altars for incense; they threw them into the Kidron Brook.

John, what do you think of these suggestions?
JH: I agree with these changes.
Jhnto Jhn 82673f16 PDF through John 08/13/201919:28
\v 28 After this, knowing that everything was now completed and so that the scriptures would be fulfilled, Jesus said, "I am thirsty."
\v 28 After this, knowing that everything was now completed and so that the scriptures would be carried out, Jesus said, "I am thirsty."
Current ULB is the same.
The word translated as "completed" is τελέω (g5055) is on the "perfect" page.
The word be translated "carried out" is τελειόω (g5048). This strong's number is also on the "perfect" tW page, but "carried out" is not listed in the header.
If we want to use words that are on that page, I suggest this:
After this, knowing that everything was now accomplished and so that the scriptures would be completed, Jesus said, "I am thirsty."
SQ. I agree with getting rid of "carried out".
John what would you think of this?
John 19:28
After this, knowing that everything was now accomplished and so that the scriptures would be fulfilled, Jesus said, "I am thirsty."
(To say that the scripture would be "completed" sounds like it must have been incomplete. I think "fulfilled" better shows that what is said in the scripture would happen.)
JH. I am fine with using "fulfilled. We would need to add G5048 to the "fulfill" tw page.
TW
The ULB of John 19:28 now reads:
After this, knowing that everything was now accomplished and so that the scriptures would be fulfilled, Jesus said, "I am thirsty."
Applied to the ULB.
Henry, would you want to had G5048 to the tW page for "fulfill"?
G5048 added to "fulfill" tW page.
