No. "Yah" is not a typing error. It's a shortened form of Yahweh. According to Strong's, "Yah" occurs 48 times in the OT. The ULB has it only in this verse, and a TN says that it is a shortened form of the name "Yahweh".
I wonder if Isa 26:4 should be changed to this (without the comma after the second "Yahweh" because that second "Yahweh" is the subject of the clause):

There are 49 shortened versions of Yahweh in the ULB (that were in Hebrew: Yah) ... all of them are translated Yahweh ...

Tom, are you saying that the form "Yah" occurs 49 times in the ULB? Or are you saying that the 49 times that the Hebrew has "Yah" the ULB has "Yahweh"?
I just realized that when I used Github, I was looking at a version of the ULB that is several months old.
You're going to wish I'd stayed in Costa Rica (and you're welcome to send me back :-) :-) ), but ...
In this particular passage, there's a textual issue. The LXX deletes (or omits) בְּיָ֣הּ "in Yah," leaving "For Yahweh is an everlasting rock." The Open Scriptures Hebrew Bible, which I think is our OT equivalent of the OGNT (i.e., our source text) includes it, so unless we're going to make an exception here (in which case, how do we mark it?), we need to include the word. The least awkward way of rendering the phrase I can think of is to treat יְהוָ֔ה as an appositive of בְּיָ֣הּ thus: "For in Yah—that is, Yahweh—is an everlasting rock.
As for expanding it to "Yahweh," that might be fine if we knew the users were never going to access the Hebrew. But two years ago we weren't expecting them ever to access the Greek, and now we're working on a Greek lexicon. If any of the other 48 instances are rendered "Yah," we're opening ourselves up to criticism of inconsistency if we render it "Yahweh" here. I suggest "Yah" in all cases, especially since "Yah" appears on the "Yahweh" tW page.

Or we just make a note somewhere that all occurrences of "Yah" have been rendered "Yahweh" and call it close enough.

May be well to check if some markups of יָֽהּ׃ are different and may not all be counted.
I think this is all of them, but if not, we need to be careful not to omit other יָֽהּ׃ variations.
There is a special need to be honoring to the name of God, it seems. Should we not exercise special care in the way the יָֽהּ׃ is expressed?
Just thinking like a Pharisee ... but they had a point ...
My vote is still for all יָֽהּ to be rendered "Yah," and I'm more than happy to do the (preliminary) dog work to change the current renderings, though of course the ULB team will have to sign off on it.

I think it would be good to check through the verses in the ULB and see that יָֽהּ׃ is always expressed either as Yah or as Yahweh.
If we use Yah in the ULB, how about doing these two things?
If we translate יָֽהּ׃ as Yahweh, how about this?
Better yet, if we use "Yah" how about adding a footnote each time it occurs? People who use our resources might not look at the TN, and they might think that it's a mistake.
Tom and I have talked it over, and here's what we've come up with:
Conform all יָֽהּ to "Yah."
Make sure the tW page clarifies the difference between יָהּ and יהוה and notes that many modern translations translate both these words the same way.
Add a tN for every occurrence that notes that many modern translations translate as "Yahweh."
If there's no objection, I'll start on this forthwith.
Since "Yahweh" is a very important key term (the most important?), could there also be a footnote wherever the ULB has "Yah"? Maybe skip the TN but have a footnote?

I like Susan's suggestion of translating the respective forms as what they are and using footnotes to explain what is commonly done because it fits with the way we do (almost) everything else.
I take it Tom prefers to have everything translated "Yahweh" and put in NET-style footnotes to explain what we've done.
So what do I do?
My idea was to leave Yah, when shortening Yahweh.
The other issue is that when it appears with other compilations, such as Hallelujah, such words are opaque unless we tell the reader what this means, Praise to Yahweh. The J in Hallelujah comes, of course, through the German ...
Another issues: in the UDB in REV ONLY, there are 4 Hallelujahs... All in Rev 19 (only) vss, 1, 3, 4, and 6.
Simple, consistent. Make it clear in the introductions.
Footnotes seem to work for me.
The ubiquity of YAH being rendered as Yahweh in almost all new versions, may mean that we are making something confusing that was behind the curtain all the while.
A terse footnote could do the rest.

The 4x occurrences of the UDB were changed to "Give praise to God!."
Only in Revelation 19:1, 3, 4 and 6.

I fiddled with the location of the footnote. With one Yahweh and one Yah, unless the note was close to the Yah, and not to the Yahweh, it may be found to be confusing. Glad these occur mainly in the Psalms.
Unless there are typos or other mistakes, it seems ok.
There are some that I marked "Check" because the tN may have used the previous text (before I changed it) ...
Will look it over when I've recovered a bit.
