ISSUE: The word "to" is missing from the first part of v.40.
Suggest changing the ULB to:
\v 40 If anyone wishes to sue you and takes away your tunic, let that person also have your cloak.
The ULB of Matthew 5:40 was changed to include the missing term:
\v 40 If anyone wishes to sue you and takes away your tunic, let that person also have your cloak.
