From Gray Shogren
Job 33:7. This double quotation mark should be a single quotation mark. The quote ends, correctly, with a single in 33:10.

\v 6 Then Elihu son of Barakel the Buzite spoke up and said,
\q "I am young, and you are very old.
\q2 That is why I held back and was afraid to tell you my own thoughts.
\q
\v 7 I said, "Length of days should speak;
\q2 a multitude of years should teach wisdom.
\s5
\q
\v 8 But there is a spirit in a man;
\q2 the breath of the Almighty gives him understanding.
\q
\v 9 It is not only the great people who are wise,
\q2 nor the aged people alone who understand justice.
\q
\v 10 Therefore I say to you, 'Listen to me;
\q2 I will also tell you my knowledge.'
\b
\s5
\q
\v 11 See, I waited for your words;
\q2 I listened to your arguments
\q while you were searching for a word.
32:6 Elihu starts speaking. Double starting quote mark.
32:7 Elihu tells what he had said to himself. This should have single quote marks at beginning of quote and end of verse.
32:10 Elihu says what he will say. This is in single quotes, like the ESV.
33:33 Ends in double quote before author introduces the continuation of Elihu's speach in chapter 34.
