Delete Branch "%!s(<nil>)"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
USFM has two codes for marking scripture text in footnotes.
https://ubsicap.github.io/usfm/notes_basic/fnotes.html
\fq Footnote translation quotation.
\fqa Footnote alternate translation.
Some versions use \fq for both.
Some versions distinguish the two.
ULB uses \fqa for both.
At this point, the IRG does not recognize \fqa, so it stops the footnote after that marker.
I don't know if IT can change how the IRG works, or if we should change all instances of \fqa to \fq.
