But not my will, but yours.- This is very awkward (possibly ungrammatical) and probably impossible to translate. The first conjunction is not present in the Greek.

It's ungrammatical

if only complete sentences are grammatical.
if sentences must not start with a conjunction.

Google translates it into Spanish as I expected with the first "but" as "pero" and the second as "sino."

Here are ways of getting rid of both problems.

However, do not do my will, but yours.
However, do not do what I want, but what you want.
Yet, ...
Nevertheless, ...
