Last sentence there is disagreement in gender of the pronouns. "He" had two horns like a lamb, and "it" spoke like a dragon.
Through most of the book, the beasts are each referred to as "he/him/his". In these other places they are referred to as "it".
In 13:1-8, the first beast is referred to as "it."
13:11 Then I saw another beast coming up out of the earth. He had two horns like a lamb, and it spoke like a dragon.
13:17 It was impossible for anyone to buy or sell unless he had the mark of the beast, that is, the number representing its name.
16:10 Then the fifth angel poured out his bowl on the throne of the beast, and darkness covered its kingdom. They chewed on their tongues because of the pain.
Suggestion: Change all pronouns for either of the beasts to "he/him/his".
