From Gary, SUN theological checker.
19:2 ULB: A lioness, she lived with a lion's son.
This is a mistranslation by the ULB. The editor of the ULB mistook one word (among lions) for another (son of lions). Hence "lived with" should be followed by the plural "lions". I crosschecked it with the Hebrew, ASV etc., which supports my suggested change:
I suggest it should be: A lioness: she lived among lions
\v 2 and say,
\q 'Who was your mother?
\q2 A lioness, she lived with a lion's son;
\q2 in the midst of young lions, she nurtured her cubs.
I agree with Gary.I don't see any version that has "with a lion's son". They all have "among lions" or "among the young lions".
