2 Sam 7:11 - this quotation mark is incorrect and should simply be removed

The reason for the quotation mark is that it is at the beginning of a new paragraph within the quotation. You can see the same thing in the NIV.

Suggestion:
I think we need to delete this quotation mark because it causes confusion in our apps that don't show paragraph breaks. Then we'll need to make sure that there are no quotation marks that are simply there because of a new paragraph within the quotation.
