Hebrew has “Yah” 48 times. Exo 2x, Psa 42x, Isa 4x.
ULB matched the Hebrew in all three books.

Exodus narrator read "Yah" as "Yahweh." We changed Yah to Yahweh in the Exodus ULB (Issue 1175).

Psalms and Isaiah narrators apparently read it as Yah.

Do we want to change Yah to Yahweh in Psalms and Isaiah?
If we do, it should wait until after the June2023 merge.
