Hab 3:17 ULB is odd, given it adds a clause at the end that is not found anywhere in the original or in the ASV. I guess someone added it in to make sense of 3:18, but it's not necessary and I suggest it be removed.

\q and though the produce of the olive tree disappoints
\q2 and the fields produce no food;
\q and though the flock is cut off from the fold
\q2 and there are no cattle in the stalls,

The audio team already translated Habakkuk and did not bring up this issue. We can hold off on this until after the June_2023 merge and rebuilds.
