An older version of the ULB had this:

\25 The wolf and the lamb will graze together,
and the lion will eat straw like the ox;
but dust will be the serpent's food. They will no longer do evil or harm on all my holy mountain," says Yahweh.

The current version has this:

\v 25 The wolf and the lamb will graze together,
\q2 and the lion will eat straw like the ox;
\q2 but dust will be the serpent's food.
\q2 says Yahweh.

It is missing the last sentence and the end quote mark.
All the other versions have that last sentence.
I wonder if this was a deletion caused by a typing error.
TN has a note for "holy mountain".
