Isa 57:21 ULB currently has

21 There is no peace for the wicken one—says God."

It should be, There is no peace for the wicked one," says God. I checked it against other versions, they are unanimous that ULB is wrong, it looks like.

We'll need to see if this is due simply to a difference in punctuation style (The ULB uses a lot fewer quote marks), a difference in interpretation about who the speakers are, or an error.
