Tiny error in ULB, it looked ungrammatical and I checked it against the ASV. The comma marked in yellow should be removed.

Almost all English versions have no comma, with "captive" as an adjective modifying "daughter of Zion" (or some other rendering of "daughter of Zion".)

Two English versions treat captive as a noun.
NIV:
Shake off your dust; rise up, sit enthroned, Jerusalem. Free yourself from the chains on your neck, Daughter Zion, now a captive.

Young's Literal Translation
Shake thyself from dust, arise, sit, O Jerusalem, Bands of thy neck have loosed themselves, O captive, daughter of Zion.

I don't know if there is anything in the morphology or syntax of Hebrew that would distinguish the two.

If it is ok to treat "captive" as an adjective, it might be good to remove the comma so people won't think the comma is an error.
