ULB translates H3801 sometimes as "tunic" and sometimes as "coat" in Exodus and Leviticus where they refer to what the priests wore.
H3801 in Exodus
28:4 The garments that they must make are a breastpiece, an ephod, a robe, a coat of woven work, a turban, and a sash. They must make these garments that are set apart to me. They will be for your brother Aaron and his sons so that they may serve me as priests
28:39 You must make the coat with fine linen, and you must make a turban of fine linen. You must also make a sash, the work of an embroiderer.
28:40 For Aaron's sons you must make tunics, sashes, and headbands for their honor and splendor
29:5 You must take the garments and clothe Aaron with the coat, the robe of the ephod, the ephod, and the breastpiece, fastening the finely-woven waistband of the ephod around him.
29:8 You must bring his sons and put tunics on them.
39:27 They made the tunics of fine linen for Aaron and for his sons
40:14 You are to bring his sons and clothe them with tunics.
H3801 in Leviticus
8:7 He put the tunic on Aaron and tied the sash around his waist, clothed him with the robe and put the ephod on him, and then he tied the ephod around him with the finely-woven waistband and bound it to him.
8:13 Moses brought Aaron's sons and clothed them with tunics. He tied sashes around their waists and wrapped linen cloth around their heads, as Yahweh had commanded him.
10:5 So they came near and carried them, still wearing their priestly tunics, out of the camp, as Moses had instructed.
16:4 He must put on the holy linen tunic, and he must put the linen undergarments on himself, and he must wear the linen sash and linen turban. ...
It looks like ULB of Exodus calls it a coat when it's for Aaron and a tunic when it's for his sons. The ULB of Leviticus always calls it a tunic.
This word occurs in other books of the OT, but it's not being distinguished from other garments as it is in Exo and Lev.
