Jer 50:21 - there seems to be an extraneous opening quotation mark at the beginning of the verse.
It looks like there are problems with the quote marks all through Jer 50. I think it has to do with confusion about whether or not new stanzas within a quote should have starting quote marks as is done in other versions.
The problem might be through out the whole book. Jer 51 even has a quote mark right at the beginning.
